I’m a facilitator, Worthiness Coach, adventure retreat host, and Host of The Worthiness Mindset Podcast (it’s bingeworthy).
I help people who desperately want to “trust their nudge”, lead their life with joy ,and create lives that set their soul on fire.
When I’m not facilitating incredible workshops, hosting retreats in epic places, or coaching badass clients…I am saving stray animals, getting lost on my own adventure, or cuddling my cat and husband.
